1. No Returns, Only Exchange

As per our company policy, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be refunded.

However, we allow exchanges in case of size issues or defective products, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange for size-related issues or if the product is found defective.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer store credit valid for future purchases.

  • Sale items, customized, or altered products are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, you must:

  1. Email us at tanishkafashion22@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and clear images of the product (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange or provide store credit accordingly.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, customers have the right to receive products free from defects and as described on the website.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at tanishkafashion22@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product

  • A description of the issue

If the issue is verified, we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost.

4. No Refund Policy

As per our policy, we do not provide refunds for any reason, except in cases where:

  • A replacement product is unavailable for a defective or incorrect item.

  • The issue falls under the purview of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, where a refund is legally required.

In such cases, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
